Description
This fragrance gift boxes are extremely versatile and durable can be used to store various of different goods. Celebrate this holiday season with the 3-piece enchanting gift set. Shaped like a delicate star, this enchanting set opens to reveal a 200ml parfum spray, a 100ml body cream and 10ml parfum travel spray.
It is composed of a left outer box and a right outer box. There is an inner box on the inside, and the left and right outer boxes are asymmetrical. This kind of box type is generally used as a gift set box because the process is more complicated and the production cost is more expensive.
The starry shape gift set showcased a sleek and glamorous product. We created a standing hinged box and layered it with a customized glittered UV and finally, centered it with the brand name. The products were held with inner trays covered with black lamination that allowed the products to stand out when opened. We meticulously inserted a magnetic system to allow for a clean and sturdy closure of the gift box.
Inserts Option
Inserts like EVA foam, molded paper pulp, thermoformed tray which is also referred to blister are placed inside the rigid setup box to hold and protect the product. Sometimes, the paperboard inserts are wrapped in textiles such as velvet, satin and linen to achieve a luxurious unique packaging experience.
For the EVA foam insert of the rigid box, the black color and the cream white color are the most common colors. But we can line a piece of paperboard on the foam surface to have the custom color and finish we want. The liner can be white color, green color, red color and any color that you like. Also you can line a fabric on the top of the foam to have a velvet touch.
Printing and Finish
CMYK full color and Pantone color litho offset printing are used for the paper rigid box and cardboard gift box. We can print press to reproduce the most fine images and colors on the box wrapping liner.
To add the quality and luxury feel to the rigid box, the matte laminating, embossing, foil stamping and spot UV are available to help our clients increase the brand recognition.
Also you can choose the soft touch coating or laminating, when you need make the rigid box look luxury and high end. The soft touch coating and laminating makes the box scratch and finger prints resistant. And It adds a velvet touch feel to the box.
