Description
Rigid drawer boxes are essentially constructed in two pieces. The outer box provides the protection for the goods held in the sliding bottom piece. The drawers come with a choice of cut-outs and pull-tabs. Both pieces are made from solid rigid binding board, which is a double layer construction of solid board and a veneer of your choice. The rigid board gives the box strength. It’s available in 1, 1.5, 2 or 3mm grades. To give the box colour and branding, a paper wrap is bound around the core layer as a veneer. You can also add a transparent PET tray or custom-printed internal lining. Your products can be secured and displayed with custom partitions made from high, mid to low density PP foam. These inserts can also be given a velvet coating.
